Friday May 7-
THERE'S GOT TO BE A MORNING AFTER--
OK, This ain't the Poseidon Adventure and I don't want to hear anyone launching into THAT song! I STILL have nighmares of a young lady singing that song at- and I ain't lyin'- a WEDDING about 20 years ago.... I'm sure Maureen McGovern is still trying to track her down to strangle her :O)
I just want to give a MAJOR thanks to the Cinci area folks who stopped by my house last night to preview the songs for Manchester Mornings. Thanks to investors we've got so far, the project is a "GO." Recording dates are being secured for June and the European Tour plans will DEFINITELY be of the "touring in support of..." kind.
Tom McLean, my business manager is still filling anyone who's interested in on how to still be involved. The more investors we have the greater the reach the promotion will be. So, if you're one of the interested parties just send us an email and the office will put you in touch with Tom.

Next week is the big finale' and show for the prison project I've been working on here in Cincinnati. The guys have been great, and working with them, as in the past, always gives me new insight on just how our enviroment can affect our lives. This is a GREAT program thanks to Women Writing For (a) Change.
I got an email last week asking me to submit a couple of "city songs" for consideration for a TV show that is taping for airing this coming fall. I have NO IDEA what the show is or anything. I guess you could say it's a "shot in the dark." Anyway, they've got "Blind Boy's Dream" and "Flight 802." We'll have to keep our collective fingers crossed.
That's it for now. Keep in touch. Keep the Peace. Happy Mothers' Day- don't buy a bunch of plastic junk from a department store for Mom. Take her to the park- fix her a meal- clean your room- but most of all say, "Thanks, Mom. I LOVE YOU!"
Peace!
Dave
