Hi Folks,
Dave here.
Well, it's on the way!
Today I signed off on the graphics for Manchester Morning and it's going to the printer and manufacturer as I write this message to y'all.

I've got a couple of interviews with potential Nashville agents this coming week to set up the 2005 tour schedule.

Even though the disc will be manufactured by month's end the release date (know in the industry as "street date") will still probably be early February.

December will be when the "advance copies" go out to media and magazine/newspaper outlets across the US.

There's a marketing idea in the works. If it pans out, all of ya "E-fans" will be the first to know!

I'm REALLY EXCITED about this album! Having my band members along with the Nashville heavy hitters playing on my songs was way cool!
This album hearkens back to where I got my start 30 years ago (my Gawd! It doesn't seem that long ago!)- the great folk influence with a tinge of the country-rock feel. They're now referring to this type of music as "Americana."
A lot of folks who’ve only known me since moving to Cinci think that I am now, and have exclusively been a Celtic musician. I LOVE playing the Irish/Celtic festivals and venues and am thankful for the influence my Irish heritage has had on my music.
As my history shows I got my start in the 70’s playing Folk Music, moved into the country rock phase (Eagles, etc.) and added Celtic to my resume’ in 1984... It’s always been fun melding/marrying/experimenting with how all of these forms of music interact!

I also wanted to welcome my good friend Joe Jencks to Cincinnati. I should say BACK HOME to Cincinnati. Joe is a fellow member of the Musicians’ Union Local that I belong to and a prolific songwriter and touring artist.
In recent years he’s been residing in Washington State, Cleveland Ohio and now back here in the Queen City.
This’ll be where he’s living when not “livin’ on the road.”

I'll keep in touch and you do the same!
Peace!
Dave
